Most schools started here in Minnesota the day after labor day(last Monday). So, first day of school is Tuesday. Early Monday evening blips and I wanted to walk Mona but we got a late start. 
It was going to be dark by the time we got home. Of course, with a pit bull, you don’t need to stay home just because it is getting dark. 
But cars are a problem because there is no sidewalk and we have to walk by the side of the road. So, we wear a reflective vest. Well, as we were walking down by the townhouses, a childs voice from an upstairs bedroom yelled……”hey, safety patrol! I’m NOT going to school tomorrow!” But when I looked, there was nobody at the window. Of course 
So, when we got home I looked in the mirror to see if we look like crossing guards……..hmmmm what do you think?
